Electric drive catch control cabinets SHUZ-A are used in the addressable fire alarm systems to control catches with electric drives. SHUZ-A provides controlling the following catches: - catches with a disk shutter equipped with limit stops and socket stops (control type 1); - catches with a ball valve equipped with limit stops (control type 2, set as default); - catches with a ball valve equipped with limit stops. Serves for filling up the fire reservoir according to the signals from the level sensor (control type 3). The control cabinets can work constantly at the temperatre 0 - +55C.

According to the power of the electric drive we produce 4 types of control cabinets:
- SHUZ-A-0,37 for electric drives up to 0,37 kW;
- SHUZ-A -0,55 for electric drives up to 0,55 kW;
- SHUZ-A -1,5 for electric drives up to 1,5 kW;
- SHUZ-A -4 for electric drives up to 4 kW.

SHUZ-A controls the electric drive by means of built-in magnetic contactors.
Control modes:
- «Automatic»:
а) Control type 1, 2 – according to the commands of BUNS-01.
б) Control type 3 – according to the commands of the level sensor without BUNS-01 participation (but there is still the information exchange with BUNS-01).
- «Manual» – manual control (control buttons are on the front side of the cabinet).
- «Off» – contactors are deenergized, control is impossible.

Functionality

SHUZ-A provides the following functions:
- control of the presence of 3 phase feeding;
- control of the work of main circuits;
- control of the work of the input circuits of the sensors (limit stops, force sensors, level sensors), control of break and short circuit;
- local switch of the control type “Automatic”, “Manual”, “Off”;
- sends signals about its state to BUNS-01 through the signaling line, RS-R protocol;
- operates the connected electric drive according to commands of BUNS-01, level sensors or manual commands.
- SHUZ-A works with 3-phase motor with short-circuited rotor.

On the front side of the cabinet there are indicators and control elements (picture No.1). Three holes for cable inputs are in the bottom of the cabinet.

You can use SHUZ-A with the control panel BUNS-01 or stand-alone. The choice of the control type is made from BUNS-01 when the system configure is in process.
To connect SHUZ-A use a cable with wire section not more than 4 mm2 for circuits Х12.1-Х12.8 and not more than 0.35 mm2 for other circuits according to the table No.1
