The water pump control cabinet SHUN-4 is used to control the electric drives of execution units of pumping installation.
The SHUN-4 can work with the electric drive under control of the control panel BUNS-01 or stand alone.
The cabinet controls the electric motor of the water pump by means of magnetic contactor. The enabling and disabling of the magnetic contactor is possible:
- in automatic mode according to the signals of the control panel BUNS-01;
- manually by the buttons placed on the front side of the cabinet.
The control cabinet can work constantly at the temperature 0 - +55C.

According to the destination the SHUN-4 ØÓÍ-4 can control the following water pumps:
- fire-pump;
- leakage compensation pump of the hydra-pneumatic tank;
- drainage pump;
- jockey-pump or compressor.
Functions
SHUN-4 fulfils the following functions:
- control of the presence and parameters of three-phase supply;
- control of the main circuits of the device;
- control of the input circuits from the detectors (short circuit, break);
- local switch of the cabinet control type “Automatic” / “Manual” / “Off”;
- sends to the BUNS-01 signals about its state through the two-wired signaling line;
- operates the connected electric drive according to the signals from the BUNS-01 or local commands.
SHUN-4 has the following working modes:
- “Automatic” – the operation of the water pump is carried out according to the commands from BUNS-01 depending on the work logic.
- “Manual” – the operation is realized manually from the front panel of the cabinet.
- “Off” – the contactor is deenergized and the start of the water pump is unavailable.
SHUN-4 can work with three-phase electric motors with the nominal capacity up to 4kW (ground system TN-C or TN-S, picture No.1)
